Collection of purchases and delivery methods

Collection or dispatch of furniture, bulky items and other purchases associated with the same consignment note: no study returns.

- Payment and collection in the auction room on the day of the sale until 5:30 pm.

- Collection from Drouot storage from 10am on Monday March 16th, on presentation of the label and the paid slip corresponding to the lot(s). Storage charges apply from the 3rd working day.

- Professional transport, list available on request

Pick-up in our offices: all except furniture, by appointment only from Tuesday March 17th - 09:30 a.m.

- Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 17:30

- Possibility of appointing a relative to pick up your order: notify us by e-mail or give him or her power of attorney; the person must then present a form of identification.

Shipment within the European Union: jewelry, paintings, books, silverware, ceramics, glassware, etc.

- Shipment via DHL, quotation on request
