Collection of purchases and delivery methods

Collection or dispatch of furniture, bulky items and other purchases associated with the same consignment note: no study returns.

- Payment and collection in the auction room on the day of the sale until 6:00 pm, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday June 1st.

- Collection from Drouot storage from 10am on Saturday June 1st, on presentation of the label and the sold consignment note corresponding to the lot(s). Storage charges apply from the 3rd working day.

- Professional transport, list available on request

Collection from our offices: all except furniture, by appointment

- Monday to Friday, 09.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.

- Possibility of appointing a relative: notify us by e-mail or give him or her power of attorney, and the person will then present him or herself with proof of identity.

Shipment within the European Union: jewelry, paintings, books, silverware, ceramics, glassware, etc.

- Shipment via DHL, quotation on request

- Professional transport, list available on request

Please note that due to summer closures, here are the Drouot shopping hours:

1. Up to and including Friday July 12: opening hours from 1.30 pm to 6 pm and by appointment.
2. Monday July 15 to Tuesday July 30 inclusive: open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. non-stop, by appointment only.
3. Monday September 2 to Friday September 20 inclusive: open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. without interruption, by appointment only.
4. From Saturday, September 21: opening hours as usual - Saturdays 8am to 10am and no appointment necessary - weekdays 1:30pm to 6pm and by appointment.
