Bears a label on the back: "Roland Meunier / Château de Charmant".
The Emperor is wearing the Orders of Saint Andrew, Saint Anne, Saint John of Jerusalem and the Star of the Order of the Holy Prince Vladimir.
Chips and cracks in the enamel. Restorations
