The seaside resort in the village of Polustrovo in Okhta near St. Petersburg, built by Count Kucheleff-Bezborodko on his estate, was a fashionable resort in the second half of the 19th century. People used to say: "To Polustrovo - to the baths and entertainment." The painters I.E. Repin and B.M. Kustodiev, the composers P.I. Tchaikovsky and M.A. Mussorgsky, were among the visitors of this place. The peasants of the village of Polyustrovo had the right to use the healing water for free. Так и говорили: "В Полюстрово - на воды и развлечения". Здесь отдыхали художники И.Е. Репин и Б.М. Кустодиев, композиторы П.И. Чайковский и М.А. Мусоргский. Крестьяне деревни Полюстрово пользовались целебной водой бесплатно. В 1858 году курорт посетил Александр Дюма. И.А. Всеволожский (1835-1909), театральный и музейный деятель, сценарист и художник, в 1881-1899 - директор Императорских театров, в 1899-1909гг.- директортор Императорского Эрмитажа.
