Photograph. Large official portrait of Emperor Nicholas II, in the uniform of the Imperial Guard. About 1905. Silver print from a glass plate negative. 50,5 x 37 cm (69 x 55 cm with the frame). In a wooden frame, topped by an imperial crown. This magnificent large portrait was intended to be placed in a place of honor in an imperial yacht or at the Headquarters of the Guard in St. Petersburg. Provenance: Imperial yacht.
