Beautiful edition, often given for a Cazin edition; it includes the engraved portrait of La Fontaine, in frontispiece, the titles in beautiful frames (the title of vol. 2 bears the name of the publisher and the date, 17 engraved figures in vol. 1 and 14 in vol. 2, often enhanced with watercolor. A fine copy.
