NADAR Félix (1820 - 1910) - "PANTHEON NADAR". 1854. Rare lithograph. Proof with the letter, on wove paper. Lithographic frieze realized by Nadar in 1854 representing 250 writers and journalists among whom Hugo, Vigny, Balzac, Lamartine, Sandeau, Musset, Dumas. It remains the only lithograph completed because the imperial censorship prohibits the continuation of the publication in the name of a new regulation striking the portrait charge. Rare. 77 x 104 cm. Condition C/D (filled in gaps, restored tears, traces of folds, rolled, a short tear on the left and on the right of the sheet, damaged plate with restorations).
