Drawn and engraved in aquatint by Ambroise Louis GARNERAY (Paris 1783-1857). Proof with the letter, on wove paper. Plate 61 from the book "Vues des Côtes de France dans l'Océan et la Méditerranée", one of the most beautiful collections of plates that have been executed on the subject. Margins. 31 x 48 cm. Condition B (a trace of wetness in the upper margin reaching very slightly the edge of the subject, rare marginal and verso foxing).
