D'après le baron Gérard, vers 1815. Portrait en buste de l'empereur Alexandre, en grand uniforme. Huile sur plaque de métal blanc. 14 x 12.5 cm. Dans un cadre en bois doré du XIXe s. L'original peint par le baron Gérard, en pied, est conservé au château de la Malmaison. Russian school. Portrait of Emperor Alexander I, original by Baron Francois Gerard. Okay. [Chuckles] 1815. Copper, butter. 14 x 12.5 cm. In a gilded wooden frame of the XIX century. Emperor Alexander I (1777-1825) is depicted with a ribbon of the Order of St. Andrew, a block of orders and medals, consisting of the cross of the Order of St. George IV degree, the medal "In memory of the Patriotic War of 1812, Cross of the Austrian Order of Maria Theresa, the Prussian Order of the Iron Cross, and the triple order sign, consisting of the star of the Order of St. Andrew, the English Order of the Garter and the Swedish Order of the Sword. The original of Baron Gerard, depicting the Emperor in full height, is kept in the Palace of Malmaison.
