Center left: signature "Auguste de Monferrand" and stamp "L'architecte de SMI Travaux de l'Eglise d'Isaac". Handwritten annotations center right: "The five domes are requested by [...]. The four smaller domes will house the bells. The interior marble is white, all the pilasters and columns are red and white, the capitals and bases are gilded bronze, as are the modillions on the entablature. The pendentives of the dome will be executed by Roman artists [as] requested. Several foreign artists have been [requested] for the sculpture, among them M. Go.... a pupil of M.
