The publisher Taride used the copper plates to make a reprint of Turgot's famous plan, as indicated on the book's portfolio: "The original plates belong to the Chalcographie collection of the Louvre Museum". To facilitate consultation, he reduced the size of the plates by 1/5th, without altering the value and precision of the details. 52 x 39 cm for the album.
