Fine binding by CHAMPS. Superb copy of the second edition of Elzévirienne, published ten years after the first one and which follows exactly the text of the original edition given by Simon Millanges in Bordeaux, in 1601. It is decorated with a beautiful engraved frontispiece and an engraved plate showing the arms of Maximilian of Burgundy, dedicatee of the work.
