Satirical composition representing sixty-six composers: thirty-eight living composers in the "Jardin de l'Harmonie", among whom Offenbach playing the organ in the center, Verdi on a bicycle and Wagner sitting near a fountain on the right; above them, among the clouds, twenty-seven deceased composers, on either side of an allegorical figure. Telory was a draughtsman and lithographer active between 1840 and 1852, he collaborated to the Charivari and the Petit journal pour rire. 48,5 x 69 cm.
