Dutch title on the setting within an elegant ribbon, two heraldic shields on the sides, richly decorated; three columns (in Latin, Dutch and French), French legend containing 56 elements. 42 x 53 cm in copper. Condition C (left and lower margins trimmed near copperplate mark, paper weakened in several places; missing lower corner guache in tablet (writing little altered), sporadic traces of rust at top and bottom, handling marks).
