Amateur album gathering, in a notebook designed to collect drawings, a set of mainly Malagasy photographs (the part of Egypt, inserted among the other photos, contains only 5 prints). The group portraits at the beginning suggest that the designer of this album was one of the officers of the 3rd staff office in Tananarive at the beginning of the 1895-96 operations led by the French army.
