Large folio composed of a suite of 6 subjects lithographed by Godefroy ENGELMANN (1788-1839), under the direction of Alexandre-Évariste FRAGONARD (1780-1850). Proofs on china applied on vellum. 49.5 x 31 cm (leaves). Title to the Royal Arms, on blue-grey laid paper soft cover. Condition C (partly loose binding; cover with a peeled cover; introductory pages with tears; plates peeled along the upper margins, with small light foxing). Rare.
