Pick-up and delivery

Collection or shipment of furniture: no study returns

- Collection from the auction room on the day of sale until 6:30pm, and from 8am to 10am the following day.

- Pick-up at Drouot storage from 10am the day after the sale, on presentation of the label and paid slip corresponding to the lot(s). Storage charges apply from the 3rd working day.

- Professional transport, list available on request

Collection from our offices: all except furniture, by appointment from 2pm on the working day following the sale.

- Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

- Possibility of appointing a relative to pick up the item: notify us by e-mail or give him or her power of attorney. The person will then present himself or herself with proof of identity.

Shipment within the European Union: jewelry, paintings, books, silverware, ceramics, glassware, etc.

- Shipment via DHL, quotation on request

- Professional transport, list available on request

Shipping outside the European Union :

- Professional transport, list available on request

Auctions Fees

·        Buyer fee : 28% taxes included

Payment

·        Cash up to €1000 for French nationals

·        Credit card EXCEPT AMEX

·        Bank transfer

Collection and delivery methods

Collection or shipping of furniture: no furnitures comes back to our office

·        Can be picked up at Drouot Auction House the day of the sale until 6:30 p.m., from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. the next day.

·        Furnitures are sent to Drouot storage from 10 a.m. the day after the sale, collection upon presentation of the label and the paid slip corresponding to the lot(s). Storage fees starting on the 3rd business day

·         Transport by professionals, list available on request

Pick-up at our office: everything except furniture, make an appointment, from 2pm on the working day following the auction

·        Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 5:30 pm

·        Possibility of mandating a relative: notify us by email or make a power of attorney, the person then presents themselves with an ID
