VERVLIET (Jean) The Devotee and solemn procession, which takes place in the city of Valencian on the eighth day of September. With the lives, the feasts, & the manner of honoring the saints, the relics of which are found in the churches of the city, or certainly are brought from outside, to decorate the said procession. Valenciennes, Imprimerie de Jean Vervliet, 1614, in-16, 143 pp., blond calf, spine ribbed, decorated with gilt fillets and dotted lines, green title piece, simple gilt fillets on the red-speckled plates (19th century rel.). Good copy. Booklet composed by the printer himself (Vervliet signs the dedication). In-fine, 26 pages covered with contemporary handwritten annotations with an introduction not included in the printed version ("Amÿ lecteur ...") and a large number of corrections to the text, which leads one to believe that they are by Vervliet himself, Slightly short margins
