COUSIN Jean, l'Ancien (Soucy circa 1503 † after 1560 Paris) (AFTER) [Holy Trinity]. 1869. Photolithography by Adam PILINSKI & SONS. Trial print on thin glazed wove paper, annotated in full, with pen: "Reproduction of the engraving after the Tableau de J. Cousin, by Adam Polinski & Fils in Paris 1869". This facsimile was probably intended to be included in the Recueil des oeuvres choisies de Jean Cousin, of which Adam and St. Pilinski produced a large part of the plates (Paris, Librairie Firmin Didot, 1873).
