In London, by Samuel Harding, 1740, in-8, [1] title printed in red and black, 378 pp., [2] pp. from the publisher's catalogue, vignette engraved on the title page, glazed blond calf, decorated ribbed spine, triple gilt fillet on the plates, fillet on the cups, inside lace, gilt head (Niédrée).
