Weigel, 1854-1873, 17 forts vol. in-8, half red chagrin with wedges, spine with nerves cold-sealed, single cold fillet on covers, gilt heads (contemporary binding). Smears and wear and tear on nerves and corners, but good copy. Our copy is composite: it combines volumes from the first edition of the Complete Works, published from 1854 to 1862 (i.e. volumes II & III only) and volumes from the second (1865-1874, all others).
